摘要
提出了一种确定激光颗粒计数器光敏区强度分布的普遍方法。由于光敏区光强和颗粒在光敏区的位置有关,因此需要对其进行均匀化处理。对在激光焦平面内,照射面积作为光强的函数进行了分析,这对确定激光颗粒计数器的光学采样速率是重要的。
A generalized method for determining the light intensity distribution of light sensitive area of laser particle counter is presented. The light intensity of light sensitive area is relative to the position of the particle in it, so it is need to uniform the light intensity of light sensitive area. The illuminated area as a function of intensity in a plane of the laser beam focus is analyzed. The results are important in determination of the optical sampling speed of laser particle counter.
