摘要
本文针对注塑机螺杆目前普遍存在的磨损问题,试验了二组不同配方的激光合金化,分析了处理层的微观组织、XRD、硬度和耐磨性。得出如下结论:W-Co类材料激光合金化层是由W2C、FeO和Co3W3C化合物组成,平均硬度为HV1362,耐磨性能比基体提高80%,螺杆使用寿命延长。该工艺方法可以有效节约材料、提高产品质量和延长使用寿命。
To the wear property of a screw of an injection molding machine, two different alloy powders are used for treating the screw by laser alloying technique. The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the laser alloying layer are studied by optical microscopy, XRD and others. It is known that laser alloying layer of W - Co powder consists of W2C, FeO, Co3W3C, its average hardness is HV0.21362, and the wear resistance is 80% higher than that of the matrix. The service life of the screw becomes longer. It is verified that the laser alloying technique is feasible to substitute the costly materials, improve the product quality and prolong the service life of molding machine screws.
