摘要
采用内耦合大块液膜分离技术,考察料液相浓度、料液相pH值、载体浓度、反萃取剂浓度、料液相中柠檬酸钠与镍(Ⅱ)的摩尔比对镍(Ⅱ)迁移率的影响,研究了以三辛基甲基氯化铵(TOMAC)为载体的液膜中镍(Ⅱ)的迁移规律。结果表明,在其它条件一定时,当料液相浓度为0.03M,料液相pH值控制在10左右,载体浓度为6%,反萃取浓度为0.05 ̄0.07M,料液相中柠檬酸钠与镍离子的摩尔比值为11∶,迁移时间为180min时,镍(Ⅱ)的提取率达到50%以上。
Bulk liquid membrane was applied to treat the wastewater containing Nickel. The transport of Ni^2+ through the bulk liquid membrane with the carrier of tri-n-octylmethylammonium chloride (TOMAC) for Nickel-containing wastewater treatment was studied in this paper. The technological conditions of the process were discussed, including the concentration of feeding phase, the concentration of stripping phase, the concentration of carrier, pH values of feeding phase and the molar ratio of sodium citrate to Ni^2+ of feeding phase, etc. The experimental results showed that when the other conditions were unchanged, the removal rate of Ni^2+could be up to 50% when the concentration of feeding phase was 0.03M, the concentration of stripping phase was 0.05-0.07 M, the concentration of carrier was 6%, pH values of feeding phase was about 10, the molar ratio of sodium citrate to Ni^2+ of feeding phase was 1:1 and the transport time was 180 minutes.
