摘要
本文介绍了植物性香料的发展历史,重点对其提取技术进行了综述,并对植物性香料提取技术进行了展望。
In this paper, the research history of plant origin flavor is introduced, and the extraction technologies are summarized as a focus. Then, the paper points out problems existing in these extraction technologies and the perspective of these extraction technologies.
