低硅低碳铝镇静钢Stw22热轧带钢的开发

摘要 介绍川威集团研发Stw22热轧带钢生产工艺过程控制情况。炼钢工序脱氧合金化采用二步处理,强调吹氩控制和钢水用钙对夹杂变性处理,有效地解决了连铸浇注水口结瘤问题,保证连铸生产顺行。在Ф950轧制时,采用提高粗轧压下量,精轧压下量10%~20%,控制层流冷却速度和卷取温度,改善了钢带表面质量和组织性能。 This paper introduces the control of technological processes of hot strip Stw22 at Chuanwei Steel Co. Ltd. In the steelmaking process, two-step deoxidation and alloying were applied and special emphasis was placed on argon blowi:ng and calcium treatment of inclusions in molten steel. In addition, the problem of nozzle blocking was successfully solved, which resulted in smooth continuous casting operation. Inφ950 rolling process, the reduction of rough rolling increased and finishing rolling reduction kept between 10% to20 %, the laminar flow cooling velocity and coiling temperature were reasonably controlled. As a result, the surface quality and microstructure of the strip improved obviously.
