摘要
以SiCl4为脱氟剂,在活性炭存在下,对包钢选矿厂的尾矿进行碳热氰化反应。生成的氯化物溶于水后,用安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ测其稀土总量。结果表明,在pH2.0的HCI—KCI溶液中。安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ与镧形成蓝色的配合物,其最大吸收波长在740nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.8965×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,稀土的浓度在0-30μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。该方法灵敏可靠,用本法测定尾矿氯化产物中稀土的总量,结果满意。
A large amount of rare earths exits in tailings of Baotou Stell ' s concentractor and can be reused. The tailings of Baotou Steel's concentrator was used as raw material to investigate the carbochlorination reaction with SiCl4 as a de-fluorination agent. The chloride products were solved in water. The rare earth content was determined by reacting Antipyrylazo Ⅲ with rare earths. The results show that in HCl-KCl solution at pH2.0 antipyrylazo Ⅲ reacts with rare earths to form a blue complexes. The maximum absorption wavelength of complex is at 740nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 8.8965×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1 Beer's Law is obeyed in the rang of 0 to 30μg/ 25mL. The method is sensitive and reliable. The method has been used for the determination of RE in sample of chlorinated rare earth railings with satisfactory results.
