摘要
福建山区有较大发展,但又面临一些利益的矛盾和冲突。协调这些关系对山区发展至关重要。本文讨论协调农民可持续生计与全面发展的利益关系以及经济发展与生态环境建设的利益关系,并建立沿海地区与山区利益协调机制,这可为政府发展山区决策提供依据。
Fujian mountain areas have great development and are faced with some contradictions and conflicts of benefits. It is very important to coordinate these relations for development of mountain areas. In this paper, the coordination of benefit relations between farmer＇s sustainable livelihood and overall development, economic development and eco-environment construction is discussed. The coordinative mechanism of benefit between coastal areas and mountain areas should be established. It is meaningful for the decision making of the government for development of mountain areas.
