摘要
以甲醇－氯仿（３∶１）为提取溶剂，采用双波长薄层扫描法，在苦味酸硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，氯仿－醋酸乙酯－甲醇（９０∶７∶３）为展开剂，在λＳ＝５００ｎｍ，λＲ＝６００ｎｍ下，测定了中药制剂盘根接骨片中血竭素的含量，其结果平均回收率为９７．４％，相对标准差为１．８％．
The quantitative analysis of Dracohodine in Pangenjiegu Pian(a pharmuceutical preparation of Traditional Chinese Mareria Medica)is reported.The Double wavelength TLC-Scanning method was performed on picric acid silica G plate,with chloroform-ethyl acetatemethanol(90:7:3)as developing solvent.The samples were extracted with methanol-cholroform(3:1)and detected atλs=500nm,λR=600nm.The average recovery rate was about 97.4%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.8%.
