摘要
通过对我国六氯苯的污染现状及国内外现有六氯苯处理方法的分析,确定利用微生物对其进行降解和转化有着巨大潜力。并通过选择性培养基从武汉市某化工厂水沟的底泥中筛选出对于六氯苯具有良好降解效果的厌氧菌群。在一系列实验研究的基础上,提出了一种微生物降解HCB的新技术,为实际工程处理含HCB废水提供了技术支持。
The enormous potential of hexachlorobenzene (HCB) degradation and transformation by microorganism was studied in this paper, and the study was based on analyses of the polluting status of HCB in our country and It's actual treatment measures internal and external. The anaerobic enrichment, which can degrade hexachlorobenzene effectively, was selected from the sewage sludge in barrel drain of a chemical plant in Wuhan. Based on a series of experimental research, this paper provided a new technology of microorganism degradation of HCB, and technology support for treating wastewater contained HCB in real engineer.
