摘要
从分析模块化的机理入手,引入了模块集群这一概念。通过分析一般产业集群存在的内生性和外生性风险,揭示了模块集群独特的创新和风险化解机制。模块集群集聚各成员企业的优势资源,将各能力要素协同在一个无形的网络平台上,通过不同组织模块间的协作、创新和竞争,产生新的竞争优势,使成员企业共享模块化经济,增强自生能力。
This thesis leads in the concept of modular clusters proceeding with the analysis of the mechanism of modularity.On the basis of analyzing the inner and outer risks existing in general industrial clusters, the author has come to reveal the unique originality and risk - eliminating mechanism of module clusters.Module clusters assembled the dominant resources of every member and cooperated with the ability factors on an intangible network platform.In virtue of the cooperation ,innovation and competition within the different organization modules,the enterprises value network could generate new competitive predominance and made the members enhance the abilities of selfgrowth by sharing the modularity economy.
