摘要
综合利用工程实践经验及可靠性理论知识,确立了某种产品贮存时间与使用失效率的函数关系,建立了基于贮存寿命为指数分布,使用寿命为Weibull分布的贮存-使用可靠性模型,并给出了其相应的参数估计方法.最后给出实例予以验证.
Engineering experience and reliability knowledge are used together to infer the relationship of storage time and usage failure rate. Based on the storage lifetimes are exponential distributed and the usage lifetimes are Weibull distributed, a specific storage-usage reliability model is proposed. The corresponding parameter estimation method is given also. A numerical example is presented to enlighten the idea.
