民办中小学校长人力资源管理中的问题与对策研究

摘要 民办中小学校长的人力资源管理是民办中小学人力资源管理的重要组成部分,其内容主要包括民办中小学校长的聘用与解聘、培训与开发、评价与考核、激励与约束等。目前,我国民办中小学校长的人力资源管理主要存在校长的聘任制度不规范、校长的解聘制度不健全、校长的培训实效不明显、校长的激励措施不到位、校长的考评形式不科学等问题。因此,应从校长的聘用、解聘、培训、激励、考核等方面入手予以切实地解决,进而规范和促进我国民办中小学校长人力资源管理的效益。 The Principal Resources Management of the non-governmental high schools and elementary schools is an important part of the Human Resources Management of the non-governmental high schools and elementary schools, the content of which mainly includes the employment and dismissal, training and exploitation, evaluation and examination, prompting and restriction and so on. At present, the problems in the Human Resource Management of the non-governmental high schools and elementary schools mainly include the nonstandard system of employment; the imperfect system of dismissal; the inefficiency of training; the absence of prompting measures; the unscientific testing system. We should solve the above problems to standardize and promote the development of the Human Resource Management of the non-governmental high schools and elementary schools in our country.
