摘要
面对世界经济全球化发展的新形势,家族企业的经营环境正发生巨大变化,企业文化作为核心竞争力的重要组成部分,在企业发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文分析了我国家族企业的文化本质,对我国家族企业文化的特征及优、劣势进行了客观分析,提出了继承与发展我国家族企业文化的具体措施。
Abstract: Family-controlled enterprise is the best universal enterprise type all over the world. In the recent 20 years, the family - controlled enterprises in china have assumed exuberant vitality. But these enterprises always go bankrupt in short time. The core reason is that these family - controlled enterprises failed to construct an innovative new enterprise culture for the development of the times. This paper carries out a thorough study into the cultural essence of China' s family - controlled enterprises in the light of their development and objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of such an enterprise culture based on the practicality of the Fotile Corporation. Finally this paper suggests the specific measures to adapt this reconstructing process.
