摘要
４０例急性脑溢血患者采用平肝熄风汤或西药治疗，对其生活质量进行了观察。结果表明：经平肝熄风汤治疗后，患者的ＱＬＩ，认识功能，ＡＤＬ均较治前明显提高；治后１月，３月，６月和１２月，上述各指标较西药组明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示平肝熄风汤治疗脑溢血患者，对其ＱＬＩ，认知功能和ＡＤＬ的恢复速度快，疗效明显优于西药组。
orty cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were treated with Chinese medicine decoction ofPing Gan Xi Feng and westerri medicine. Their effects on the quality of life of the patients wereobserved.The results showed that after one,three,six and twelve months of treatment with thedecoction, the quality of life index(QLI),the cognitive function and theactivity of daily life(ADL) fOr the patients were much better than that before treatment and the western medicinegroup( P<0. 01).It is indicated that the decoction of Ping Gan Xi Feng is rapid and obviouslysuperior to western medicine in recovery of the QLI,ADL and the cognitive function of the pa-tients.
