摘要
相关积分算式中参考距离的取值显著影响计算结果,本文以相关积分值的物理意义和两点距离序列的分布规律为依据引出了参考距离的取值原则。为了定量分析离心压气机失稳和喘振的程度,分别定义了基于参考距离的相对非平稳度和基于相关积分值的喘振强度。以实验分析论证了相关积分值等三个监测参数在离心压气机运行工况监测、喘振强度辨识和压力信号非平稳性度量中的有效性。
The reference distance in the correlation integral formula affects the computational value of correlation integral dramatically. In this paper, the method of setting values for the reference distance was presented on the basis of the physical meaning of the correlation integral value and the distribution of all inter--points distances at different operating conditions. Relative degree of unsteadiness based on the reference distance and intensity of surge based on the correlation integral value were defined to analyze the degree of instability and surge in centrifugal compressors quantitatively. By means of applying these measuring parameters to a case of our experiment, it demonstrates that the correlation integral value, etc. are effective for the nonlinear monitoring of operating condition, identification of surge intensity and measuring of pressure unsteadiness in centrifugal compressors.
