摘要
用光谱仪、便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪和光合仪,研究了相同光强(自然光强的55%~57%)的不同光质下草莓叶片的光抑制特性,结果表明,不同光质下草莓叶片AQY、Fv/Fm、Fm的降幅为红膜〉中性膜〉绿膜〉蓝膜,与不同光质中紫外光和蓝紫光比例负相关,这说明红膜下发育的草莓叶片对光抑制最敏感,而蓝膜下发育的草莓叶片的光合作用较耐光抑制。
Portable chlorophyll fluorometer and photosynthesis measurement system were used to study the characteristics of photoinhibition strawberry leaves grown under identical light intensity(55 % - 57% natural light) and different light quality. The results showed that the apparent quantum efficiency (AQY), maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII( Fv/Fm ) trod maximal fluorescence(Fm) decreased in high light by the percent of the order: red film 〉 neutral film〉 green film 〉 blue film, which were correlated with the proportion of blue and ultraviolet in different light quality negatively. The results indicated that strawberry leaves grown under red film was sensitive to photoinhibition, but those grown under blue film was ou the contrary.
