摘要
图书馆数字资源建设、服务的目的,在于为用户提供方便、快捷的信息服务,提高资源保障率,降低服务成本。由于我国图书馆数字资源建设、服务还处于发展的初期阶段,其前景还受到多种不确定因素的影响,因此,对大多数经费不足的中小型图书馆来说,如果不注意风险防范,就有可能带来资源浪费,从而与它所追求的目标产生严重背离。
The purpose of construction of library digital resources and its service is to provide the convenient and quick information service for the user, to enhance the resources safeguard rate, and to reduce the cost. Because the construction of digital resource in libraries in China is still in the initial stage, its prospect will of course be affected by many indefinite elements. Therefore, the majority of middle and small libraries which are lack of funds, if not pay attention to the risk guard, will bring about resources waste,thus deviate seriously from its goal.
