摘要
高校物业管理是一个正处于成长期的新兴行业,它的出现既是社会发展和高校改革的需要,也是经济手段介入高校管理后高校后勤管理社会化、现代化、规范化的重要标志。但目前还存在着体制陈旧、服务意识差、管理队伍年龄老化等诸多不尽人意之处。对此,应采取以下举措:首先,应树立创新理念,转变运行机制,努力打造专业品牌;其次,应注重服务质量和人员素质的提高,采用“以人为本”、以法管理的方式,以推进高校物业管理的良性发展。
Property management is a developing emergent industry in China. Its appearance is the need of social development and active reform of institutions of higher education, and a significant mark of management socialization, modernization, and normalization of logistics in colleges and universities after the economic intervening in management as well. But the problems such as the outmoded systems, old - fashioned notion of service, aging management personnel etc. affects its development. Accordingly, such strategies are proposed in the paper as follows: the notion of originality should be developed so as to transfer the current system to create its own brand ; the quality of personnel and their service should be imoroved so as to promote its favorable growth.
