摘要
城市重心地位及长期存在的“城乡分立,一国两策”,使我国农村基础教育资源匮乏;农村贫困与不成熟市场经济条件下人们急功近利,农民普遍对农村基础教育缺乏需求动力;农村基础教育目标不明,教育模式、培养方式等不适应农村经济社会和人的全面发展。
The central status of cities as well as the antithesis between cities and rural areas and one country, two policies, makes China's rural elementary education resources very scarce. Under the circumstances of poverty in the rural areas and immature marketing economy, persons are eager for instant success and quick profits. Most of peasants lack the motivation to need rural elementary education. The purposes of rural elementary education are not clear and educational mode as well as cultivating method cannot adapt to rural economic society and the full development of human beings.
