摘要
依法治国战略的推进和高等教育改革的深入,学生权益意识的不断增强,传统的学校与学生之间的关系发生了深刻的变化,大学生诉母校案例日渐增多。文章从依法治校的角度分析了诉讼给高校带来的负面影响和积极推动作用以及自身存在的学生管理问题,提出高校应依法构建以学生权益为中心的学生管理工作新机制。
With the advancement of strategy of governing the state by law and the development of higher educational reform , college students＇ right consciousness keeps strengthening. Since great changes have taken place in the relationship between traditional colleges and students, the cases of university and college students＇ accusations against alma maters gradually increase. By analyzing both the negative influence and affirmative promotion of the accusations on colleges and universities in the perspective of governing schools by law , the article suggests that colleges and universities should establish students＇ right - oriented new managerial systems.
