摘要
本文以工业钛液及尿素为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备出高纯的球状单分散纳米TiO2超细粉。考察了制备工艺流程中的主要影响因素硫酸氧钛浓度、尿素配比、反应温度、表面活性剂等对粒径的影响,并利用TEM、XRD等手段对颗粒进行表征,得出了最佳制备条件。将前驱体微波干燥10min,在550℃下煅烧1h,得到平均粒径为26nm的锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛。
In this paper, high-purity monodispersed sphericity ultrafine TiO2 powders were produced by a homogeneous precipitation approach, basing on the industrial titaniferous solution and urea. The effects of several important factors on the particle size such as concentration of TiOSO4, mole ratio of Ti0SO4 to urea, temperature of reactants, and the surfactant, were investigated. The prepared particles were characterized by the measurement of TEM, XRD. After systematic analysis, the optimum operating conditions were determined. TiO2 powders with diameter about 26nm were prepared after being dried for 10 minutes by microwave, and calcined at 550℃ for 1 hour. The structure of the product was anatase crystal.
