摘要
过街行人对人行立交设施的满意度,往往左右着过街行人的过街方式,也间接地反映了该人行过街立交设施的综合服务性能。在调查分析的基础上,借鉴用户满意度模糊综合测评的方法,建立了过街行人对人行立交设施满意度模糊综合测评模型。
The quality of cross-street facilities services is an importation factor that can affect the utility of cross-street facility. The author analyzes the satisfactory feeling of cross-street pedestrians about service quality by investigating the service and monitoring the actuality of some cross-street facilities,and build up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix based on it.
