重金属铜锌对马尾松的外生菌根真菌的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择马尾松的四种外生菌根真菌 ,分别用不同浓度的Cu2 +和Zn2 +处理 ,测定这四种菌的菌丝干重、培养 9d后培养液中葡萄糖和氨氮的消耗量以及菌丝中Cu、Zn的含量 ,确定这四种菌对重金属的抵抗能力。结果表明 :四种菌对重金属都有一定的抗性 ;低浓度的重金属不会抑制菌丝的生长 ,中等浓度对菌丝的生物量影响不明显 ,高浓度则明显地抑制菌丝的生长。 The effectiveness of four strains of ectomycorrhizal fungi were compared for their ability of heavy metals tolerance when they were grown at six raised but sublethal copper and zinc concentrations. We obtained the dry weights, glucose and NH3 - N consumption of mycelium for 9 days, and the accumulation of heavy metals in the mycelium. The experiment showed that the growth of the extrametrical mycelium was inhibited at the higher Cu and Zn concentration supplied. And all of them can retain large amounts of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+.
