摘要
借助ALGOR大型有限元分析软件建立拉压两用测力传感器弹性体的有限元模型,经分析得到了弹性体的MISE应力应变分布情况,并通过改变不同载荷得出了弹性体应变与载荷关系,有限元计算值与实验测试相比较,结果基本吻合,从而可为拉压两用测力传感器弹性体的设计提供一定的理论依据。
The model of finite element based on elastic body of pulling and pushing dual-purpose force transducer is established by software of aglor finite element analysis. The analysis of elastic body is done and distribution of MISE stress-strain is obtained, at the same time, the relationships of load and strain is gained by changing loads. The value of finite element is match to experiment value, thus foundation is laid for design of elastic body of pulling and pushing dual-purpose force transducer.
