摘要
目的:研究前速激肽原A mRNA(preprotachykininAmRNA,PPTAmRNA)在大鼠脑内的正常分布及电针针刺足三里对其表达的影响,进而加深对速激肽功能及电针机制的理解。方法:用原位杂交组织化学的方法观察了正常大鼠脑内PPTAmRNA的正常分布及电针对其表达的影响。结果:PPTAmRNA在大鼠脑内分布广泛,在许多核团内均有较高表达,电针针刺足三里可使脑内许多核团PPTAmRNA表达增高。结论:PPTAmRNA在大鼠脑内的广泛分布提示其可能在脑内发挥重要的作用,速激肽可能参与电针的作用。
Objective: To study the normal distribution of preprotachykinin(PPT)AmRNA and the effect of dectroacupuncturing the Zusanli aeupoint on its expression in the brain of rats, and further the comprehension of both tachykinin and electroacupuncture. Methods: The distribution of PPTAmRNA in the brain of rats and the effect of electroacupuncturing the Zusanli acupoint on its expression in the brain of rats were examined by using in situ hybridization histochemistry. Results: Preprotachykinin AmRNA was widely distributed, and its expression in many nuclei is high in the brain of rats. Electroacupuncture increased the expression of PPTAmRNA in many nuclei in the brain of rats. Conclu sion: The wide distribution of PPTAmRNA suggests that it may play important roles in the brain and tachykinin may participate in the role of electroacupuncture.
