摘要
发电机励磁系统功率单元故障将严重影响发电机的稳定运行,快速准确发现、排除故障显得非常必要。本文在分析发电机励磁系统功率单元工作原理和特点的基础上,对其故障进行了分类,提出了一种改进的模式识别诊断方法,并据此开发出了基于虚拟仪器的发电机励磁系统功率单元的故障诊断系统。测试表明该诊断系统能够准确地判断出具体的那个晶闸管发生故障,给出正确诊断。
Faults of power unit of generator excitation system have great influence on stable operation of generator. So, it is necessary to find and eliminate these faults quickly. The principles and characteristics of generator excitation power unit are analyzed and faults are classed. On the foundation of the analysis, a fault diagnosis method which is an advanced pattern recognition method is proposed and a fault diagnosis system of generator excitation power unit based on virtual instrument is developed. It is proved by experiment that the fault diagnosis system can precisely judge which thirstier goes wrong and get accurate diagnosis result.
