增压柴油机燃用天然气合成油排放特性的研究 被引量:12

摘要 对增压中冷柴油机燃用纯天然气合成油(Gas-to-L iqu ids,GTL)、柴油/GTL混合燃料的排放进行了外特性、负荷特性和欧洲ECE R49十三工况法的试验研究,并与柴油的排放进行了对比。研究表明:燃用GTL在所有工况下都能够有效降低NOx、烟度和PM,且掺混比例愈大,效果愈明显,CO和HC也有一定的改善;在ECE R49十三工况下纯GTL的NOx和PM排放分别降低了23.70/0和27.60/0,CO和HC分别降低了16.60/0和12.90/0;发动机工况对增压柴油机燃用所有燃料的排放有较大影响。结果表明GTL是柴油机有潜力的低排放代用燃料。 In this paper, emission characteristics of a turbocharged, inter-cooled, heavy-duty diesel engine operating on neat Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) and blends of GTL with diesel were investigated and comparison were made with those of diesel fuel. The results show that NOx, smoke and PM emissions can be de- creased when operating on GTL and diesel-GTL blends compared with those of diesel fuel. Engine emissions decrease with the increase of GTL fraction in the blends. Comparing to diesel fuel, the engine oper ating on GTL can reduce NO, by 23.7%, PM by 27.6%, CO by 16.6% and HC by 12.9% in ECE R49 13-mode procedure. Engine speed and load demonstrate large influences on emissions when operating on all kinds of fuels in the turbocharged diesel engine. The study indicates that GTL is a promising ahemative fuel for diesel engines to reduce emissions.
