摘要
目前,虚拟现实技术已经广泛应用到科学研究的各个领域。该文通过对多Agent技术与虚拟现实系统相结合的理论分析,提出了基于多Agent技术的生化反应虚拟现实系统的框架和实现方案,通过多Agent的分工和协作共同完成生化反应可视化的复杂过程。在此框架的基础上,采用Java/Java3D技术设计并开发了原型系统。并以聚合酶链反应为例,详细说明了生化反应可视化的实现过程,验证了此框架的可行性。该方法可推广到其它相关领域。
The virtual reality technique is widely applied to all kinds of research fields at present. In the theoretic analysis of multi - agent technique integrated into the virtual reality system, this paper presents a framework of virtual reality system of biochemical reactions and its solution to realization based on multi - agent technique. The complex process of biochemical reactions' visualization is performed through division and cooperation of multi - agent . The prototype system is designed and developed with Java/Java3D technique based on this framework. Taking the polymerase chain reaction as an illustration, the process of 3D visualization of biochemical reactions is provided in detail and the feasibility of the framework is verified. This approach can be generalized to other related fields.
