摘要
对中性烷基水杨酸钙盐(正盐)制备工艺进行了改进。以烷基酚和氢氧化钙等为原料,在引入特定促进剂及一定压力条件下,通过对中和及羧基化反应条件的优化考察,合成了一种碱值达到98.9 mgKOH/g的中性烷基水杨酸盐产品。与传统工艺相比,该工艺过程不使用强酸和强碱,减少了设备腐蚀;生产工序明显减少,降低了生产成本。
An improved process for preparing neutral calcium alkylsalicylate was introduced. Alkylphenol and calcium hydroxide were used as raw material,and a special accelerant was applied under certain pressure. The reaction conditions of neutralization and carboxylation were investigated and optimized to obtain a neutral calcium alkylsalicylate having TBN of 98.9 mgKOH/g. As compared with the conventional preparation process, strong acid and alkali were not involved in the new process resulting in less equipment corrosion; the working procedure of said process was significant simplified and thus effectively reduced production cost.
