摘要
以硝酸镧结晶水合物为催化剂、环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮,考察各种因素对反应的影响。实验确定较佳反应条件:环己酮0.3 mol,n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量0.25 g,带水剂甲苯30 mL,反应回流时间2 h,其产品收率达90.0%以上。该方法的优点是环己酮的转化率高,催化剂重复使用性能良好。
Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene using (NO3)3· nH2O as the catalyst. The influences of reaction condition were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: 0.3 tool cyelohexanone, n (cyclohexanone) : n (ethylene) = 1 : 1.5, catalyst dosage 0,25 g, toluene 30 mL as water-carrying agent, reflux time 2.0 h, with product yield of 93.0% (wt). The catalyst features high cyclohexanone conversion and repeated usage.
