摘要
分析了风机叶片的磨损形式,认为其磨损是冲蚀和腐蚀共同作用的结果。通过试验含WC50%的镍基喷焊层具有优良的抗磨性能。提出了“反变形法”、“喷底层”、“一二步中间”,保证了喷焊后的叶轮满足设计要求且具有可靠的耐磨性能,从而使风机叶轮的使用寿命提高了2~5倍。
In this paper, the damaged blade is studied. the wear of the blades is clue to the joint effect of erosion and corrosion. The spray-welding coatings of Nickel-based podwers containing fifty percent WC exibits a good wear resistancein the tests. The methods of 'reversible deformation', 'spray bottom layer', and 'intermediate of one-and two-steps'.are presented. These reasonable technologies ensure the good wear resistance of the blades,and extend the service life of the blades by a faetor of two to five.
