高新技术产业作为知识经济的支柱产业,已经成为国民经济发展的先导力量。而高科技企业持续发展的源动力则来自于创新。通过引入BSC(平衡记分卡),建立起涵盖财务、客户、内部经营过程、组织学习和成长等方面的创新绩效的综合评估框架,从高科技企业的长远战略规划着手,对整个创新过程进行优化。
The new high-tech industry has already become guide strength of national economic development as the pillar industry of the kownledge economy. Furthermore, the source motive force of sustainable development of high-tech enterprise is innovation. This text establishes a comprehensive evaluation framework of innoation performance by using BSC, which contains financial affairs.customers, internal business progress and learning ＆ growth of organization by using BSC to optimize the whole innovative course from the long-term strategical planning of the high-tech enterprise.
