摘要
目的：探讨治疗晚期恶性肿瘤实用有效的化疗方案。方法：采用小剂县氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）联合顺铂（DDP）和醛氢叶酸（CF）缓慢静脉滴注，治疗晚期恶性肿瘤56例，根据每例患者反应，尽量采取长程用药。最短用药5天，最长19天。结果：全组患者有效率（CR＋PR）为37．5％，临床受益率达80．4％。不良反应主要为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度恶心、呕吐、外周静脉炎、口腔溃疡和白细胞减少。结论：小剂量氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂和醛氢叶酸。缓慢静脉滴注，治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效满意，临床受益高，副作用小，经济实用，值得进一步研究。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of the combination of low - dose 5 - Fu with cisplatin and CF in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods ： Fifty - six patients with advanced malignant tumors were treated for long range therapy from 5 days to 19 days ,with a low dosage of 5 -Fu combined with DDP and CF for slow intravenous dripping. Results： The overall response rate was 37.5% （CR ＋ PR） and the clinical benefite rate was 80.4%. The side effects were nausea, vomiting, venous inflammation, oral ulcer and WBC decrease with I to II grade. Conclusion ： Application of a low - dose 5 - Fu with DDP and CF is a effective method for advanced malignant tumors with less side effects and economical benefits.
