摘要
报道４６例复杂性上尿路结石合并慢性肾功能不全，并进行临床分析。术前口服大黄苏打片降低ＢＵＮ、纠正酸中毒有较好疗效。可根据ＧＦＲ决定手术时机及治疗方法，术后采取双管双向引流，保证引流通畅，利于肾功能恢复。
From the clinithal data of 46 cases with renal insufficiency due to upper urinary tract calculi,a discussion wasmade about their causes,diagnosis,preoperative preparation,methods of operations and drainage.These cases were mainlycaused by long term obstruction of stones in bilateral upper urinary tracts.The toxic symptoms can be relieved by takingtablet rhubarb sodium bicarbonate before the operation,Bilateral lithotomy should be performed immediately in one stage,if GFR≥30 ml/min. If l5 ml<min<GFR<30 ml/min it is necssary to remove the stone in one side and drain the other,The stone of other side should only be removed ofter the condition of the patient is getting better.
