摘要
农村公共产品需求结构与城市有着明显区别;农村公共产品的需求结构近年来发生了很大变化:农村经济的发展和农民收入水平的提高使农民对高层次生活消费性公共产品的需求显著增加;我国经济结构的调整及加入WTO使农村对适应制度转轨需要的公共产品的需求增加;非均衡的农村区域经济发展使不同类型农村的公共产品需求结构呈现日益明显的地区差别;农户的收入差距使之对公共产品的需求也呈现明显的结构差异。优化农村公共产品的供给结构,使之与需求结构保持动态一致是实现农村居民对公共产品有效需求的必要前提。
The demands structure of rural public goods is different obviously from that of urban public goods; the demands structure of rural public goods has changed greatly in recent years：with the development of rural economy and the income increase of rural residents, more and more high - grade consumption public goods are in demand; the adjustment of economic structure and being a member of WTO make the demands of public goods which are adapted to system transformation increase; the multiple development leads to different demands structure of public goods in different rural areas; the income difference among rural families also make the demands of public goods show evident structure difference. To optimize supplies structure of rural public goods and make it keep up with the changes of demands structure is the premise of efficient demands of rural public goods.
