摘要
研究分析了不同浓度单一Cr6+对条斑紫菜植物体叶绿素a含量,POD,SOD,CAT活性,MDA含量,可溶性蛋白质含量的影响及加入La3+以后的缓解效应。结果表明,单一Cr6+处理,随着浓度的增加,叶绿素a含量,POD,SOD,CAT活性,可溶性蛋白质含量均呈先升后降趋势;MDA的含量随着Cr6+浓度的增加而增加,加入La3+后缓解效应明显。
Effects of different single Cr^6+ concentration on the activities of some enzymes (such as chlorophyll a, POD, SOD, CAT, MDA, and soluble protein contents) in Porplyra yezoensis and its detoxication of exogenous Lanthanum were studied in this paper. Results showed that when the content of single Cr^6+ increased, the activities of POD, SOD, CAT, chlorophyll a and soluble protein contents rose at first and dropped down later, while that of MDA increased remarkably. Meanwhile, the presence of La^3+ relieves the decrease of chlorophyll a, soluble protein content, the accumulation of MDA and the reduction of POD, SOD and CAT activities.
