摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对二甲氨基苯甲酸和异丁醇为原料合成对二甲氨基苯甲酸异丁酯。最佳合成条件:以0.006 mol对二甲氨基苯甲酸为基准,酸醇物质的量比为1∶10,反应时间3h,反应温度110℃,催化剂质量为反应物料总质量的48%,产品的产率为89%。产物经元素分析,IR,MS和NMR表征。
Isobutyl p-(dimethylamino) benzoate was synthesized by the esterifieation of p-(dimethylamino)-benzoie acid with isobutanol using p-toluene sulfonie acid as the catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of p-(dimethylamino)-benzoie acid to isobutanol 1 : 10, the reaction temperature 110℃, the reaction time 3 h, the mass ratio of cata- lyst to reactant 48%, and the yield of isobutyl p-(dimethylamino) benzoate reached 89%. The product has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and NMR.
