摘要
对学习型政党建设提出的背景和现实意义进行了较为全面和深入的阐述,在对学习型政党的基本内涵、主要特征、历史定位、建设基础等研究的基础上,提出了一些实施策略。从目前的研究情况看,在内涵与特征、问题和策略、继承与借鉴问题上,还有非常广阔的理论拓展和研究空间。
The paper gives a Comprehensive and in--depth explanation of the background and realistic significance of constructing a learning political party. After studying the basic Connotation, major Characteristics, historical Orientation, and construction condition of a learning political party, the author puts forward some implementing strategies. In view of present researches, there is still huge room for theory development and research in terms of connotation versus characteristics, problems Versus strategies, and inheriting versus borrowing.
