摘要
目的建立一氧化氮(NO)间接测定方法。方法用铜离子活化镉将血清中的硝酸盐(NO-3)还原为亚硝酸盐(NO-2),NO-2通过与Griess试剂的重氮、偶氮反应进行定量。结果pH在9.7时,活化镉还原NO-3能力最强,整个反应90分钟到达平衡,最大还原率71%。血清NO-3浓度为41.76μmol/L时,批内变异系数(CV)为6.53%,批间CV为10.15%。测定31例健康人和30例糖尿病病人血清中NO-3浓度,分别为28.62±17.97μmol/L和71.17±25.09μmol/L,二者差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论该方法简单、实用,不需要昂贵的试剂与设备。
