摘要
目的:研究版纳藤黄Garciniaxipshuanbannaensis果实的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和SephadexLH-20柱色谱分离版纳藤黄果实的化学成分,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从该植物果实的乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,其结构分别为tovophyllinB(Ⅰ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),熊果酸(Ⅲ),1-十八醇(Ⅳ),isogarcinol(Ⅴ),3′,5,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅵ),木犀草素(Ⅶ),luteolin-7-O-glucuronicacidmethylester(Ⅷ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ),牡荆苷(Ⅹ),β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖(Ⅺ),蔗糖(Ⅻ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ~Ⅺ为首次从该种植物中得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Garcinia xipshuardoannaensis. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as tovophyllin B ( Ⅰ ), 13-sitosterol (Ⅱ), ursolic acid (Ⅲ), 1-stearyl alcohol (Ⅳ), Isogarcinol ( Ⅴ), 3', 5, 7-trihydmxy-4'-methoxyxqavone ( Ⅵ ), luteolin ( Ⅵ ), luteolin-7-O-glucuronic acid methylester ( Ⅷ ), daucosterol ( Ⅸ ), vitexin ( Ⅹ ),β-D-arabinose ( Ⅺ ) and saccharose ( Ⅻ ). CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅲ- Ⅸ have been isolated from the plant for the first time.
