柑桔籽油中脂肪酸的GC/MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 应用超临界CO2萃取柑桔籽油,经GC/M S联用技术分离鉴定出9种脂肪酸,其中亚油酸占44.1%,油酸占24.1%,不饱和脂肪酸达73.41%。 Citrus seed oil was extracted by supercritical-CO2,separated and identified with the GC/MS method. The results indicated that fatty major acids were linoleic acid (44.1%) and oleic acid (24.1%),the unsaturated fatty acid content is 73.41% .
