High Altitude Platform Applied to Guiding Precisely and Communication

摘要 为实现精确导航和通信,提出了高空平台应用的一种设想。这种高空平台的高度在一般的飞机飞行高度之上,在卫星的高度之下,高度大约为15-75km。它们可以是相对地面处于静止状态,也可以处于飞行状态。对平台的工作范围、平台之问的时间统一进行了分析和研究,提出了高空平台可作为伪卫星的两个作用。 An idea of application of a high altitude platform is proposed for the guiding precisely and communication. This kind of platforms is located at the altitude about ranging from 15 to 75 km, which generally higher than the altitude of the flying airplane and lower than the altitude of the floating satellite. The platforms may be in the static, or in the moving. The acting field over by the platforms, the unification of the time between the platforms are raised and discussed. Also, the platforms are considered to being taken as the poseudo-satellites to play the important role, which can be applied to the guiding precisely and communication.
