摘要 目的建立一种程序升温毛细管气质联用法同时快速测定30种农药和2种老鼠药(氟乙酰胺、毒鼠强)的测定方法。方法样品用二氯甲烷萃取,无水硫酸钠脱水,气质联用法检测。结果方法简便、高效、快速、准确、灵敏度高。加标回收率>87.4%。结论本法测定30种农药和2种老鼠药(氟乙酰胺、毒鼠强),其检测结果均能符合食品卫生标准所规定的相关要求。 Objective To establish a rapid method for deter-mination of 30 pesticide and 2 raticide (fluoroacetamide & tetramine) by temperature programming capillary GC-MS. Methods Samples were extracted by methylene chloride, dehydrate by anhydrous sodium sulfate, determinate by GC-MS. Results The method is simple, efficient, rapid, accurate and sensitive. The detection extraction recoveries are over 87.4%. Conclusion The results of method for determination of 30 pesticide and 2 raticide, are accepted with correlative request of Food Hygiene Standard.
