摘要
目前,企业已经把获得竞争优势的关注点放在人才吸引和人才开发上,把获得人才作为企业核心战略的一部分。企业发展需要什么样的人才,这是高校需要探索的。高校的人才培养目标应定位准确,本科教育培养的专门人才要“基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高”,专科教育要以培养面向基层的技术应用、技术管理与服务等应用型人才为宗旨。
At present, the main focus of enterprise is placed on talents and one of the core strategies is to get talents especially functional talents. University should be clear about the type of talents enterprises need. Therefore, the education subjects of university should be praise which requires ＂profound knowledge, wide - scope knowledge, strong ability, and high quality＂. Three- year college education should cuttivate talents with technology application, technlogy management and serviee.
