“社会主义新农村建设”是党和政府在新世纪制定的一项基本公共政策,它大大强化了新农村建设中的国家责任,它以让广大农民共享改革发展成果为价值取向,以扶农惠农强农、建设和谐新农村为奋斗目标。
The Construction of Socialistic New Countryside is a basic policy enacted by our party and government on the threshold of the new century. It strengthens greatly the responsibilities of our nation in the process of building the new countryside. It orients in value of sharing fruits of reformation and development with most farmers and aims to help and benefit and enrich farmers to build the new harmonious countryside .
