摘要
通过对1998-2002年的沪市上市公司的股利政策进行分析和整理,使用Excel和SPSS软件来处理数据,采用t检验来进行显著性论证,得出了上市公司的股利政策与盈利状况密切相关,具有信号传递作用。
Through analysis and sorting - out of dividend policy of listed companies of Shanghai Stock Market from 1998 to 2002, processing data with Excel and SPSS, doing notable prove through t- inspection, we learned that there are close relation between dividend policy and profit situation, which carries a role of signal delivery.
