摘要
讨论了ＥＰＭＡ－ＥＤＳ图象分析技术在材料研究中的特点及分析方法．对ＳｉＣ－ＴｉＢ_２复相陶瓷中的ＴｉＢ２相的尺寸、周长及所占面积等几何参数进行了分析，并研究了ＴｉＢ_２相的平均直径及面积与力学性能的关系．
The feature and the analysis method of EPMA-EDS image processing technology applied to material research were discussed. TiB_2 phase size, particle circumference and area in SiC-TiB_2 composite, were analyzed and the relation between average diameter, area of TiB_2 particle and mechanical properties was studied.
