本文阐述了耐光钼铬红颜料的基本原理和制备方法，列出了颜料性能和漆用性能检验结果，讨论了溶液浓度、反应温度、加料时间、酸化ｐＨ值、晶型转变时间、处理剂加量等因素对产品性能的影响。研制的耐光钼铬红性能优良，主要技术指标已基本达到国外同类产品先进水平，是一种很有发展前途的颜料。
This paper has described the principle of light-fastness molybdenum red pigment and its preparation process,listed the pigment properties and the paint film performances, and discussed the influences of concentration,temperature, feeding time, pH value, crystal transition time and amount of after-treatment agent on the product properties. The light-fastness molybdenum pigment developed has excellent properties, the technicalspecification has reached the similar advanced productstandard in the world, and is a pigment with promisingfuture .
