摘要
目的为了提高当前在水处理过程中广泛使用的聚铝产生的污泥难以脱水的性能.方法以氧化铝和氧化钙为原料通过焙烧、酸溶、聚合干燥工艺制备新型高效混凝剂聚合氯化铝钙,采用络合滴定分析氧化铝和钙的含量、酸碱滴定分析盐基度,利用质量法测定废水中悬浮物考察处理效果.结果高温焙烧对于合成聚合氯化铝钙具有重要的作用.焙烧温度为1 100℃,原料中氧化铝的质量分数在70%左右,酸溶时间为3 h左右制备出的混凝剂具有较好的性能.聚合氯化铝钙的混凝效能、产生污泥的脱水性能优于工业聚铝.结论焙烧有利于聚合氯化铝钙的生成,70%左右氧化铝配比能生成高效的聚合氯化铝钙.酸溶时间与酸用量对聚合氯化铝钙中的钙含量影响不大.新制备出的聚合氯化铝钙比传统聚合铝具有更好的混凝和污泥脱水性能.
In order to ameliorate the dehydration property of the sludge produced by poly aluminum chloride widely-used in water treatment at the present day. One new type of flocculant-poly aluminum calcium chloride was prepared with the materials of aluminum oxide and calcium oxide by baking at high temperature, dissolving in hydrochloric acid, polymerization and dryness process , The content of aluminum oxide and calcium was determined by complexion titration and salinity was determined by acid-base titration. The treatment effect of the new flocculant was examined by determinating the suspended matter in wastewater. The result showed that baking play an important role in the preparation of poly aluminum calcium chloride. The product has good properties when the baking temperature is 1 100℃, the proportion of aluminum oxide in the materials is 70 % and the dissolving time is 3 hour. The flocculation efficacy of the new flocculant-poly aluminum calcium chloride and the dehydration property of the sludge produced by poly aluminum calcium chloride is super to that of industrial poly aluminum chloride, The conclusion can be obtained that baking is propitious to synthesize poly aluminum calcium chloride, and the efficiency of poly aluminum calcium chloride is best when the proportion of aluminum oxide is 70 %, acid dissolving time and volume of hydrochlorlde acid almost has no effect on the content of calcium and the flocculation efficacy of poly aluminum calcium chloride and the dehydration property of the sludge produced by poly aluminum calcium chloride is better than that of industrial poly aluminum chloride.
