摘要
采用射钉法测量济钢大板坯连铸机坯壳厚度,将实测结果与理论计算的结果进行对比,修正了综合凝固系数,指导改造了二冷喷嘴的结构,加强了铸坯冷却强度,年铸坯产量达225万t。
The solidified shell thickness of Jigang slab easter is measured by nail-shooting technology, and the measuring results are compared with theoretical calculation values. On the basis, synthetic coefficient of solidification is revised and the structure of the secondary nozzle is reconstructed. Then the secondary cooling intensity is strengthened and the annual output of the slab achieves 2.4million tons.
